The rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities, and the staff is friendly; also, it's conveniently located close to many great dining options.

Breakfast and room rate!

At day of arrival nobody helped me...to get a car park or instruct me to a car park...nobody was there, no welcome! The receptionist told us: On weekend are not so many staff here..:-( It follows a very impersonal stay! At date of departure they told us we still have to pay....although we paid already to agency. No idea about payment transaction/handling...it doesn´t made look good! We were very disappointed, because it was our first trip to Phuket.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It had a great location, near the beach and restaurants, which made it convenient for exploring the area. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs that I had. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including freshly cooked omelettes and pastries. I also enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the beach. the only downside was the dated decor in some of the areas.

The breakfast buffet is very nice.

They have very hard beds. If you like to sleep on a concrete slab, then stay here.

An out of the way location within walking distance to the beach. Also easy to access city and sites by taxi. Very good value for the room.

Our suite had two spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. The bathrooms were also large and featured marble floors and granite counters. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the fact that it was included in the room rate. The hotel offered an affordable taxi service that made transportation to key locations convenient.

The furnishings in the suite were outdated and in need of repair or replacement. The living room sofa was ragged and damaged, and the towels provided were thin and worn.

Apartment with two bedrooms was ok. 2 small bathrooms and big balcony was very nice too.

Hotel was located next to the water treatment plant so there were lot of flies and bad smell around. Pool area was very dangerous for little kids and pool was little dirty.

Very nice hotel. I got a big suit with 2 rooms with king beds and a meeting room. It's really like home. The staff are very friendly.

Only vocation is not very close to the beach. You may need walk ten minutes.

I had a wonderful stay at Phunawa Resort in Karon. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a tiring day exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all of my needs were met. The location of the resort was perfect, just a short walk away from the shops and the beautiful beach. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, with freshly cooked omelettes being a personal favorite. The resort's pool was also a great place to unwind and cool off. I highly recommend Phunawa Resort for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Although the decor in the rooms could use some updating, it did not detract from the overall comfort and cleanliness of the accommodations. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from a shower curtain to prevent water from splashing outside the bathtub.

I found it a little awkward for stairs in upper rooms. I liked the quiet and the pool area aswell as sun lounge . Staff we helpful ,kind,friendly. A quiet location not too far from beach.or shops but up a small hill.

Breakfast was good, but food menu for the room was limited and sometimes undercooked or cold when it arrived. This hotel is new but beds are very firm and some rooms are a bit small for larger western people. One shower door opened inwards making it difficult to get in and out .

I recently stayed at Phunawa Resort in Karon for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Karon center and some excellent restaurants. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely balconies overlooking the pool and mountains. The staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to assist us, even driving us to the doctor when my daughter fell ill. The pool area is fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also offers great assistance in organizing trips. I would definitely return to this superb hotel.
